If you are looking for a way to spice up your banana bread, you should try making some banana frosting!
- 1 banana
- 1/4 cup softened butter
- 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- some lemon juice
Directions:
Mash the banana. Add the lemon juice. (Just a few drops)
Cream together the butter and sugar.
Add the mashed banana and mix.
I found that you can mix it well in a blender to get it extra creamy and smooth.
